I stayed at the excellent Fendi Hotel. Suite number 5 was large, spacious, well equipped with all the luxury required for an excellent stay. I couldn't asked for a better location. On Via del Corso Street. In front of the Spanish steps, walking distance to everywhere. Excellent service, excellent breakfast on the rooftop. And the bonus, the Zuma restaurant is located one floor above.

location was perfect overlooking the spanish steps. But if you are a sleeper and can't stand loud noises, I dont suggest to you this hotel as there are so many live and loud performsnces especially late in the afternoon and evening. Hotel was beautiful and furnitures high quality but whats lacking is the people service, There is no proper concierge unlike other hotels and some staff doesnt like to talk to clients feels like avoiding questions. Was wondering why they work in the hospitality business in the first place. Value for money i would say 7.5-8/10 its not a cheap hotel, its a branded boutique fendi by LVmh grp. I woul expect they set a higher bar considering they are a luxury group retailers.

Our first stay here, but our second visit to Rome. This was truly perfect in every way and doesn't feel like a hotel, but as listed, it feels like private apartments. Set in a great location, access is fuss free via private lifts and there is the bonus of Zuma and the rooftop bar which is used for breakfast. The only niggle is breakfast - it could be better, but this wouldn't stop us returning or recommending. Oh, and it's super convenient for a treat or two at the flagship store at Fendi!

Rooms were very clean and highend. Only problem is no formal concierge and compared to other hotels we stayed on this trip they are not helpful and some staff avoid to converse with clients even if we are asking for locations and suggestions. I would stay in another hotel within same locatiob next time.

Many places pride themselves as "home away from home". This one is. It does not feel like a hotel, as it only has a few larges suites on a single floor, with no hotel-like atmosphere. The design is stunning, and the location cannot be better. While not a hotel, service is limited but excellent.
